Dr. Vipin Singh is an experienced Environmental Specialist with expertise in waste and wastewater treatment, waste management, climate change, sustainability, life cycle assessment, and environmental impact assessment. He holds a Ph.D. in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and an M.Tech. in Environmental Engineering from NIT Surathkal. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Environmental Law and Policy from National Law University, Delhi, and has completed several short courses and workshops in topics such as patent searching and drafting, intellectual property rights, and energy management. Dr. Singh has worked on various projects related to wastewater treatment, carbon footprint analysis, waste-to-energy projects, and environmental impact assessments. He has experience in conducting environmental studies, developing technical reports, and preparing environmental management plans. He has also worked on regulatory and policy projects for various sectors and is familiar with national and international environmental rules and regulations. Apart from his professional experience, Dr. Singh has also supervised several masters students for their research projects and has set up industry-academic collaborations for research activities. He has served as a Teaching Assistant for five years in Environmental subjects at IIT Bombay, India. Currently, Dr. Singh is the CRC Head (Placement Coordinator) at Amity University, where he leads a team of coordinators in managing placements, trainings, and workshops for students. Prior to this, he worked as a Trainee and Research Trainee at G-Biosciences, where he gained experience in biochemical analysis of proteins and partial purification of alkaline phosphatase. Dr. Singh's education history includes several short courses and workshops, a six-month diploma in industrial safety, and a Green Belt certification in Six Sigma. He is also proficient in NLU and Research Scientist and has 1.77 years of relevant experience.
